Delivery within the UK:

We ship your WINIX order with DHL or another parcel service and without additional shipping costs. As soon as we have received your payment, you will receive your order confirmation by email. Your order will be processed the same or next day and usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days.

Orders will not be processed, shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If there are a large number of orders, your order may be delayed. If your order is significantly delayed, we will of course contact you by e-mail or telephone.

As soon as you go to the checkout process and decide to pay with one of our payment options, our website automatically switches to a secure SSL connection. This way you can be sure that you pay safely!

Refunds:

Your refund will be made to the same account/credit card used for payment within 5-7 days of receiving your return.
