Delivery within the United Kingdom
Our products are sent by DHL Parcel. All orders within the United Kingdom will be delivered completely free of charge. After receiving your payment, you will receive your order confirmation and the order will be delivered free of charge within 5 working days. Orders are not been processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Refunds
Your refund will be issued to the same account/credit card the payment was made with, within 5-7 days after receiving your return.
