WINIX Return Policy
Cancellation period for the delivery of goods:
You have the right to cancel this contract for your WINIX Air Purifier or WINIX filter within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. Please always contact our customer service first for a WINIX Return Authority number (WRA), in order to return your hepa air purifier or your hepa filter air purifier.
REMARK: WINIX will not pay for any shipping cost which is related to this return.
Are you not satisfied with your Air Purifier or Air Purifier filter?
This can of course always happen! As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The so-called ‘ cooling off period ‘ goes on the day after receipt of your order product as a consumer. You are obliged to handle this order carefully. Please always contact our customer service first for a WINIX Return Authority number (WRA), in order to return your WINIX or your HEPA filter.
REMARK: WINIX will not pay for any shipping cost which is related to this return.
Your order is shipped incorrectly by WINIX:
Our apologies! First of all, please contact our customer service (within 14 days after the delivery). WINIX will give you a WRA number including a return label for free shipping and we will send you your correctly ordered WINIX goods as soon as possible. Please find the return conditions:
- Please pack your WINIX Air Purifier or WINIX air purifier filter carefully in the origional WINIX Packaging and use the FREE Shipping Label to return your order back to us.
- If you do not use the original WINIX packaging, we may charge you for this.
REMARK: WINIX will pay for the shipping cost which is related to this return.
Warranty
When your WINIX product stopped working properly within the warranty period, you can always ship your WINIX Product back to us for a technical analyse by our Tech Department. However, you should always take our below return policy into account:
- Always contact the WINIX customer service for a WINIX Return Authority number (WRA), in order to return your hepa air purifier or your hepa filter air purifier.
- We request that you send the WINIX room Air purifier or the HEPA Filter back to us in its original packaging! If you do not have the original packaging, WINIX may charge you for this.
- Always make sure that you have an extra package that fits the original packaging of the WINIX Air Purifier or Air Purifier Filter. This keeps the original packaging of the prodct in good condition.
- When sending your return, always ask for a “track and trace” code, This is your proof of your return and also of the delivery to our return address.
- WINIX will inform you about our WINIX return address.
- The shipping costs of this return are not be reimbursed by WINIX. You must return your WINIX Air Purifier or Filter at your own expense.
- WINIX will not charge your for a technical analyze of your product. After the inspection of our Tech Department, WINIX will decide to repair or replace your WINIX product.
