Air Purifier and air purifier filters returns

If your WINIX air purifier or filter have been delivered incorrectly or damaged, you can of course return it. You can also contact our return service if you want to use the cooling off period. However, you should always take into account our return procedure:

  • Air Purifier or Filters can not be returned after opening the plastic ‘ sealed ‘ packaging, for hygienic reasons. The WINIX air purifier or WINIX filters are sealed when purchased. Unopened and/or broken seals of the WINIX air purifier or filters can of course simply be returned. After breaking the seal and/or opening the plastic ‘ sealed ‘ packaging of the WINIX Air Purifier or WINIX filter, the right of withdrawal will expire.

Your order is incorrect:

We apologize! First of all, please contact our customer service (within 14 days of delivery). We will then send you a return WRA with corresponding return conditions and you may return the WINIX Air purifier or WINIX filters to us free of charge. We will send you the correct Air purifier or filter as soon as possible. Below we mention our return conditions:

  1. We request that you send the WINIX Air purifier or WINIX filter back to us in its original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, we may charge you for this.
  2. Please contact our customer service and request a WINIX return authorization (WRA) number and mention it with LARGE THICK digits on the packaging. Without a WRA number, returns are not accepted at our return address.
  3. Always make sure that you have an extra package that fits the original packaging of the WINIX Air purifier or WINIX filter. This keeps the original packaging of the filter in good condition.
  4. When sending your return, always ask for a “track and trace” code as this is your proof of your return and also of the delivery to our return address.
  5. It is not possible to deliver your return to our return address.

Your order is damaged:

It can of course happen that your order is delivered damaged. When you find the damage at the delivery, refuse to accept the order. If, after opening your order, you discover a damage, please let us know as soon as possible (within 14 days after delivery) and we will immediately search for a suitable solution.

  • We request that you send the WINIX Air purifier or WINIX filter back to us in its original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, we may charge you for this.
  • Please contact our customer service and request a WINIX return authorization (WRA) number and mention it with LARGE THICK digits on the packaging. Without a WRA, returns are not accepted at our return address.
  • Always make sure that you have an extra package that fits the original packaging of the WINIX Air purifier or WINIX filter. This keeps the original packaging of the filter in good condition.
  • When sending your return, always ask for a “track and trace” code as this is your proof of your return and also of the delivery to our return address.
  • However, it is not possible to deliver your return to our return address.
  • As soon as we have received your order, we immediately investigate your complaint.
  • We will immediately send you a replacement WINIX Air purifier or filter.

Are you not satisfied?

This can of course always happen! As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The so-called ‘ cooling off period ‘ goes on the day after receipt of your order product as a consumer. You are obliged to handle this order carefully. Please always contact our customer service first.

  • We request that you send the WINIX Air purifier or filter back to us in its original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, we may charge you for this.
